SHIPPING
The items on
this site are shipped via Courier from the
sourcing point of Banarasi Sarees in
Banaras (Varanasi),
India. Shipping charge of US
$24 is built in price of all the sarees. It covers for shipping charges for
almost all the
geographic zone. All
products sent via Courier are fully insured
for their retail value. Shritech Consulting,
Inc. make every possible effort to use
recycled packaging materials collected from
local businesses. unfortunately, we are not
always able to control the type of packaging
used by our 3rd party shippers. Bulk orders
are sent via common carrier. Please inspect
all goods for defects immediately upon
receipt. For any shipment that is refused
without prior notification, you are charged
the full shipping charges. Sorry, but unless
special arrangements are made, we cannot ship
to PO Boxes.
Charges for custom clearance
in their respective countries,
is to be paid by the customer.
RETURNS
To receive a prompt refund from
Shritech Consulting, Inc. items must be
returned within 3 days of delivery, with
shipping and insurance prepaid (sorry, no
COD's can be accepted). Unfortunately, the
original shipping fees cannot be refunded.
Before returning any item, you must first
email us:
sales@banarasisaree.com for a
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
No returns of any type will be accepted
without an RMA# (which is valid for 3 days).

DELAYS & BACK ORDERS
Most orders are processed as
they are received. Products in stock are
normally shipped within 10 days from Banaras (Varanasi),
India. If an item is out-of-stock, we can
usually provide the buyer with a guestimate of
availability. If shipment has been delayed for
other reasons, we ususally notify customers so
that proper delivery arrangements can be made
ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Your order is reviewed for
accuracy and verified as soon as it is
received. In cases where Banarasi Saree
weavers inform us of changes in availability,
you will be notified as soon as possible. Such
information can cause delays in your estimated
shipping time. Shritech Consulting, Inc. is
not responsible for such changes in
availability or for any other inadvertent
errors on our site.

time to modify, alter or update these
policies, and the consumer agrees to be bound
by such modifications, alterations or updates.
However, if you have received confirmation of
your order and changes have been made to
policies in the meantime, your order will not
be affected by any of the changes to our
policies. In addition, Shritech Consulting,
Inc. reserves the right to make adjustments or
corrections to product information due to
errors, changing market conditions,
discontinuation of a product or typographical
or photographic errors. Shritech Consulting,
Inc. reserves the right to refuse to process
orders shipped to any address or placed
through any credit card number at the sole and
complete discretion of Shritech Consulting,
